Your New Role: This Sales Associate position is suited to someone who thrives in a client-focused setting, is confident with clienteling and either has a strong interest in timepieces or is eager to learn a highly technical product. Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all customers Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand standards Drive individual and team sales performance Assist with daily operations including stock handling and replenishment Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical training The Experience Checklist: Experience in luxury retail or working with high end clientele Previous exposure to timepieces is desirable but not essential Immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills A genuine passion for sales and delivering tailored customer experiences Strong relationship building ability and attention to detail Demonstrated interest in watches or confidence in learning a technical product Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends What's Next?
